FAQs   >   Expungement

Criminal case information is a public record. Go to the clerk of the court where your case was heard and ask the criminal clerk for a “minute order” or “docket report” of your case. If you don’t have your case number, give the clerk your full name, date of birth and possibly the last 4 digits of your social security number. The clerk will print out your minute order. The minute order will tell us all we need to know in order to process your expungement petition.
